Shiver is full of nervous energy. It’s very difficult for him to sit still. The one thing that makes it easier is when he’s receiving a firm, tight hug. Nothing calms him quite like feeling his heart beat against the one holding him, and feeling their heartbeat in return.
Shiver is also an excellent listener. The trouble is, sometimes it seems like he isn’t paying attention, because he’s always pacing, fidgeting, or digging. But while it may look to his other plushie friends like he’s preoccupied with other things, they are often surprised to find that he didn’t miss a word. In fact, his keen ears sometimes pick up conversations he wasn’t meant to hear, which can make planning a surprise for him especially tricky!
